All participants complete a questionnaire about health and lifestyle.
A visit to the study center is optional, where trained staff members measure blood pressure and heart rate, waist and hip circumference, standing and sitting height, and weight and body composition.
Blood and urine samples are collected.
Access to databases such as the Manitoba Cancer Registry, the Manitoba Health Insurance Registry and the Federal Vital Statistics database will be made possible via linkage of participants' Personal Health Identification Number.
